Shipping Information and Issues
We will ship your order as quickly as possible. Please be mindful that each garment is hand-packaged; allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, with an additional 5-7 business days for final delivery. A tracking link will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been shipped.
Please ensure accurate address details for a smooth experience. We are not responsible for any packages stolen or lost during transit. Any claims of this nature must be made by the customer to the mail package courier.
Returns and Refunds Information
Due to our small team size and limited logistical capabilities, Statix does not offer refunds except in the situation where it is our fault (i.e. faulty product, wrong size). Exchanges are offered within 14 days with the customer being responsible for shipping charges.
